What is Cannon Green's Cancellation Policy?

We reserve the right to charge $25 per person for cancellations within 72 hours of the event date. Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the event date are free of charge.

Why do you use a pre-paid ticket system rather than reservations?

We want to create an intimate environment for our guests. Pre-paid bookings allow us to anticipate who is coming in and tailor unique experience to our guests and offer genuine hospitality.

Can I get a refund for my purchased ticket? Can I exchange my ticket for another night?

No. Just as with attending a sporting event, concert or the theater, all sales are final.

Can I give my booking away or sell it?

Yes. The booking is nonrefundable, but completely transferable. To transfer a booking, go to the "My Account" area using the upper right navigation pane and select "Your Bookings". Each booking has a transfer button next to it.

Where do I park?

We have valet parking during dinner service. During Sunday Brunch, we offer limited parking at our gravel parking lot around the corner at 216 Rutledge Avenue. Limited street parking is available.

Do you accommodate allergies?

Yes. Please notify the restaurant at least 24 hours before your Chef's Table reservation regarding allergies.

For Chef's Table, is menu shared in advance?

No, the menu is created based on what's in season and available. We do accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions and ask that you notify us in advance.

Are wine pairings included with the Chef's Table?

No. Wine pairings are offered as a supplement at $40 per person.

What does a booking at Cannon Green get me?

You can select from one of our experiences. Each Chef Table experience is per person in your party, and is priced accordingly. The Chef's Table dinner experience is composed of a four-course menu with the main course served family-style. You may purchase a wine pairing supplement upon checkout or when you are in the dining room. The Chef's Table dinner experience is $85 per person and wine pairings are an additional $40 per person. For the Hosted Happy Hours, the booking guarantees you exclusive access to the Mezzanine (capacity 30). If you have a Hosted Happy Hour for more than 30 guests (50 capacity), your event will also use the bar area which is open to the public. The deposit is simply a credit toward your final bill.

Can I enjoy your menu a la carte, or am I required to purchase an experience?

You can enjoy our menu a la carte - call or visit our website to make a reservation. For parties of 8-18 guests, we have created The Chef's Table experiences

I have a party of 19 or more, how can I buy a booking?

Please email events@cannongreencharleston.com for parties larger than 18. Our private events space can accommodate up to 220 guests.
